Our State-of the-art Infrastructure

Infrastructure

Our state-of-the-art infrastructure features advanced facilities for manufacturing, testing, and quality control, ensuring a seamless supply of superior products. In our Steel Melting Division, we utilize Electric Induction Furnaces with an 8 MT capacity, Vacuum Degassing Mechanical Pump Systems, and Ladle Furnaces with Argon purging for high-quality steel production. We employ bottom pouring Ingot casting, Ladle preheating processes, and Ingot Grinders to maintain precision and efficiency. Vacuum Degassing capabilities reduce gas levels like H2, N2, O2, homogenize liquid steel, and minimize NMI levels. Our Annealing Furnace with a capacity of up to 40 MT specializes in Normalizing, Annealing, and Spheroidizing for various steel grades. Additionally, our Heat Treatment (H&T) facilities include Hardening and Tempering Furnaces, producing DB6 Grade H&T Die Steel Blocks and Rounds with quick quenching times. We adhere strictly to international specifications, ensuring impeccable quality, mechanical properties, and uniform hardness tailored to meet diverse customer needs.

A Manufacturing Facility

We establish connections that will facilitate the next phase of growth for your business.

Weigh Bridge

Our weigh bridge is used to weigh all material that is coming in and going out.

Radiation Test

Each item that enters the system and leaves is put through a rigorous testing process to guarantee that it is 100% radiation-free.

Scrap Yard

Scrap is separated and sorted according to grades at a scrap yard equipped with a PLC-controlled super jumbo baling machine and a scrap preheating facility.

Steel Melting Division

Electric Induction Furnace with 8 MT capacity, enabling an annual capacity of 24,000 MT.

Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF)

We have an electrode regulation mechanism in our most recent LRF facility. We use it to produce alloy steel and all steel grades, which leads to higher-quality ingots, billets, and blooms. Better refining, homogenizing (both chemically and thermally), desulfurizing (deeply removing sulfur), and inclusion floatation (removing non-metallic inclusions) are made possible by LRF, which results in liquid steel with higher purity.

Vacuum Degassing System (VD)

The vacuum degassing technique uses a dry mechanical vacuum pumping equipment (Edwards U.K.) to reach a vacuum of less than 1 mbara in five minutes. The lowest vacuum of 0.3 mbara was reached. While the vacuum-degassing procedure won't completely eliminate impurities present in steel, it will eliminate the majority of gaseous impurities and lower the oxygen and hydrogen levels to less than 25 parts per million and 2 parts per million, respectively. In the process of melting steel, a lot of undesirable gasses dissolve in the liquid. This may lead to a variety of flaws and faults. Steel's ductility will increase when any dissolved gases are removed using vacuum degassing.

Annealing Furnace

Bogie-type furnace with a capacity of up to 40 MT, capable of performing Normalizing, Annealing.

Metal Handling Machines

Multiple EOT Cranes with a maximum capacity of 35 MT and diverse sized bottom pouring ladles equipped with ladle pre heaters.

Ingot Casting Pit

immediately after refinement, ingots are bottom-poured through a ladle into a range of cast iron ingot molds, which come in over 20 distinct shapes and sizes.

Ingot Cooling Pit

200 MT of ingots can be stored at once in an ingot cooling pit that is filled with vermiculite.

Dressing Process

A variety of grinders and other tools for dressing and processing the material are kept on hand.

Electric Heat Treatment Furnace

Six-channel calibrated Car Bottom Electric system with PID control Even at temperatures as high as 1150 ”ĘC, the 6.5 meter long heat treatment furnace allows us to precisely manage the process, increasing homogeneity and facilitating the achievement of the necessary mechanical qualities. Steel is subjected to heat treatment procedures like annealing, quenching, tempering, and stress relieving, which alter the material's physical and mechanical characteristics and enhance production goals like formability, ductility, and machining. Thus, by enhancing strength and other desired qualities, this technology not only supports other production processes but also enhances product performance.

Inspection Area

At our inspection area, every product is examined for several parameters such as size, random grade checking, physical faults and their correction, etc., before being moved to the dispatch area. 100% product quality is guaranteed by our assortment of quality control tools.

Dispatch Area

To ensure that 100% radiation-free material is shipped, we have plenty of space available for the storage of ingots, rolled bars, and continuous cast billets/blooms.
